S2 NetBox currently supports integration with Dedicated Micros 'NetVu Connected' range of digital video recorders, over a standard IP network. This collaboration results in delivering high quality, high frame rate video of both live and recorded scenes to users through a common web browser. Events detected by the access control and alarm monitoring systems of the S2 NetBox can initiate video recording; likewise, video motion detection by the recorder can trigger alarms on the S2 NetBox.

Due for its South African release at Securex, S2 NetBox integration with XProtect Enterprise from Milestone Systems adds even greater functionality. This latest partnership will provide users access to advanced network video recording (NVR) seamlessly integrating access control and alarm events with live and recorded images from IP cameras through the S2 NetBox browser delivered user interface.
