The recently launched Version 2 Caddx Control Panels offer more features than before. These panels represent a new approach to the design of security systems says Elvey Security Technologies. The Version 2 panels are probably the most flexible, durable and user-friendly control panels available today. They feature customised defaults which include new zone types commonly used in South Africa to reduce installation time.
Other features of the V2 panels include three arming modes using Night Zone Keypads (Away, Stay and Night), 512 event log with log protection, new module capability eg, NX7002 - GSM/GPRS, NX1701 - Prox reader, NX535 - Voice module and NX590 - Ethernet module.
Added are new high security features like the permission to program feature, a user code is required before programming mode can be entered.
