Hyfire Taurus wireless fire systems

The EN54-25 Taurus Wireless Fire System, distributed by Technoswitch, is a powerful and easy-to-configure system. All wireless devices can be pre-programmed onsite and installed in minutes, with minimal impact on the building’s fabric and the activities of its occupants.

Wireless technology enables easy upgrades or expansion of the fire system to accommodate any onsite changes. Systems can grow from very small to very large, simply and reliably.

• Taurus utilises Hyfire NetworkOptimiser technology, featuring 60 communication channels to minimise interference and channel collisions, regardless of the extent of the fire network or the building’s scale.

• Every Taurus device features Hyfire SafeSwitch dual redundant channel technology, so if one channel fails, the other automatically takes over, ensuring unprecedented levels of reliability and performance.

• The key to any successful wireless fire system is design and specification, which is why Hyfire has developed the bespoke TauREX software. This software features a user-friendly graphical user interface and innovative new functions, such as EasyScan and ConfigWizard, to help specify the optimum Taurus system for each site simply and intuitively.

• Taurus delivers unprecedented system reliability and performance using SafePath Mesh Expander Technology. If any expander in the chain fails, the transmission path uses an alternate route, ensuring communication continuity.
