Even with accurate information it takes dedication and focus for police officers to respond and act out their duties effectively.

Without the correct or accurate information it must be extremely difficult for officers to perform, especially when an officer is trying to look for and capture thieves/suspects in the middle of the night. However, with the use of images from a Dedicated Micros' Digital CCTV recording system provided by the proprietor, it made it that much easier for the local police to hunt down and arrest three suspects for attempted breaking and entry within a few hours. Not only did the Roodepoort police capture the suspects, but also carried out follow up visits to update the proprietor in order to report on the progress of the legal actions taken against the intruders. The intruders could not produce proof of South African residency and therefore are still in custody pending further investigations.
