Hundreds of installers join the Paxton Tech Tour

Issue 2/3 2023 News & Events, Training & Education

Paxton began the Paxton Tech Tour in February, with hundreds of installation companies and installers signing up to the half-day product experience show. The first round of events has filled up quickly with more space available throughout March until May 2023. Security industry professionals can sign up on Paxton’s website or contact their local distributors.

Graham Thorne, Paxton’s Country Sales Manager for South Africa, said, “It’s fantastic to spend quality time with our installers at these events. The first few sessions were extremely successful and well received by new and existing Paxton installers. Everyone leaves with Silver Partner status in our new installer loyalty programme, unlocking exclusive benefits with us.”

“We look forward to connecting with even more people over the next few months. The tour is a great opportunity for us to show new customers the smart technology we offer and for existing customers to get a refresher before their next Paxton installation.”

The Paxton Tech Tour 2023 gives installers a chance to develop knowledge and explore business opportunities with Paxton’s products and services. Every attendee receives an exclusive Paxton installer gift box, and they can take part in virtual racing or competitions for a chance to win a Net2 starter kit or a fine dining experience.

Stephen Bezuidenhout from Smart Protect attended the Paxton Tech Tour and found the educational content beneficial to his company. He said, “It was nice to have hands-on experience of the products, and I took a lot away from the day.”

Pardon Gombe from MultiVision Technology describes the event as a ‘fruitful’ one. “It was impressive to learn the features and quality of Paxton’s products. They offer competitive access control solutions that fit our customers’ specific needs.”

The manufacturer is showcasing their recently launched customer loyalty programme at the events. Paxton Rewards is a brand-new app-based programme for South African installers. It rewards customers for attending training, buying and installing Paxton products, as well as gives them an opportunity to promote their businesses through Paxton’s channels.

By building points over time, installers can climb up tiers and have access to exclusive benefits such as partner badges to show their expertise, elevated listings on Paxton’s website, and can exchange those points for Paxton products, branded items, and Amazon vouchers.
