It wasn’t long ago that Facebook experienced a massive outage that cost the company millions of dollars. More recently, global cloud giant Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced issues with its cloud services, causing slow responses or failures for a significant chunk of the Internet. The Digital Operations Centre enables IT operations to observe, act and learn, without human intervention – so that it can predict what might go wrong and solve it before it happens.
