Creating smart homes with the power of security

Issue 2 2021 Residential Estate (Industry)

Since 2013, EZVIZ has dedicated itself to creating smarter and safer homes, making it convenient for users to access and get the best use out of high-tech intelligent devices. These security cameras provide families with protection and peace of mind when they travel away from home. They’re also convenient when it comes to accessing home security and checking on pets who are at home without company.

The C6N and C1C-B cameras are just two of the many EZVIZ products that drive safety and security in smart homes. The C6N uses a smart IR function that features advanced infrared lighting to capture more details in low light. With the motion pan-tilted rotational feature, it is able to cover 360-degrees, making it easier for the user to have a full view of their monitored space. Whereas the C1C-B allows for a 108-degree wide-angle view that covers a specific area which a user wishes to have monitored or recorded.

Both the C6N and C1C-B boast convenient installation options. The C1C-B is compact in design and features a magnetic base and mounting kit, making it easy to install inside the home wherever the user wants it. It could either be used to attach to any magnetic surface, or much like the C6N camera, the user is able to simply attach the camera onto a wall or ceiling.

The most notable feature of the C6N that enhances a user’s home security is the smart night mode. Equipped with smart IR and able to work with low light, the intensity of the infrared LEDs automatically adjusts to prevent overexposure in night vision mode, enabling detection at any given point in the evening and providing peace of mind.

The C1C-B has the ability to perform with its clear and vivid imaging regardless of how much the lighting changes. It features advanced built-in infrared LEDs to ensure a 12-metre full HD night vision range. This is a great way to capture low-light images and video without light pollution.

When it comes to security, motion matters. The C6N and C1C-B include motion tracking. When a moving object is detected, a user will receive an alert with an image in real-time, giving them full view to check up on their home. The C1C-B allows for three different sound alarms when people or objects are moving: siren, sound and silent. Users will be able to check this via the EZVIZ app, which is another tool to use to be able to pick up on intruders or unwanted visitors.

Another essential feature in both the C6N and C1C-B is that a user can enable two-way communication, allowing loved ones to be able to communicate via a mobile device and making it convenient to stay in touch at all times.

Keeping in mind that privacy is also guaranteed, all it takes is to simply enable sleep mode on both the C6N and C1C-B, which gives the user a chance to enjoy the privacy when they most need it. It also provides flexible options when it comes to recording. Whether a user wants it on all the time or not is entirely up to them and their schedule. The user would be able to enable sleep-mode which will pause real-time recording and notifications, too.

Both the C6N and C1C-B are able to connect to Wi-Fi for a reliable connection. Both cameras have MicroSD slots installed with a maximum space of 256 GB for recordings, while users can save images by making use of the EZVIZ Cloudplay for additional backup on the cloud. The data of these recordings and images are always safe and are kept private by using end-to-end encryption.
