JVC dome cameras, model TK-C676E have been selected by K-Tech Electronics to be integrated as part of 'Streetwatch', a custom designed surveillance system employed in the UK.
Jim Wiltshire, sales and marketing engineer of K-Tech (UK), chose JVC for several reasons. "JVC was a good choice because we required a compact camera, with superior performance, that would allow us to incorporate it within a wide variety of housings in order to suit local 'street furniture' and other facilities. Furthermore we knew that this product was tried and tested, and thus a logical provider to meet our stringent requirements," he said.
The 'Streetwatch' units have been designed for use by local authorities and police forces, to assist in locations where temporary installation of a discrete, high specification surveillance system is needed.
