Controlsoft has appointed Raicom as its distribution partner for the Western and Eastern Cape. Established in 1993, Raicom are importers and wholesale distributors of security related equipment including audio and video intercoms, CCTV equipment and accessories.
According to Raicom director Maurice Thal, well-known Cape Town installer Avron Jacobson was instrumental in selecting the Controlsoft product. "When we looked at adding access control to our product offering, we consulted Avron Jacobson of Pactech, who is a respected specialist in that area. Jacobson suggested Controlsoft's KeyMaster range as the access control solution most suitable for our requirements."
Jacobson, who has many years experience with the installation of Controlsoft systems, is responsible for coordinating technical support.
