Described by Honeywell-TeqTrader's Frank Fowles as one of the few really global suppliers, IntelliSense is the largest manufacturer of sensors in the world. All IntelliSense sensors feature a patented mirror system that eliminates the blind spot directly below the sensor. The sensors are also easy to install, with a large wiring channel at the rear for easy mounting.

De Jong's main focus was on the Dual-Tec motion sensor with K-band technology - core business product in the lineup - which is particularly stable in the South African climate. "Compared with Europe, the South African security environment is very extreme, requiring installations to function optimally in a variety of fluctuating temperatures and weather conditions," he said.

The Dual-Tec sensor provides quality protection with pet immunity up to 45 kg in a simple installation configuration that requires no adjustments. K-band microwave technology delivers sharp detection without holes or weak spots. Commenting on product selection, de Jong said IntelliSense was above all a family of products enabling users to find exactly the right model for the job.
