Baxall expands multiplexer range

May 2002 Surveillance

UK CCTV manufacturer Baxall has launched a new entry level multiplexer, the ZMXQ.

The ZMXQ simplex multiplexer has been designed to literally 'plug and play', thereby reducing installation time. No user set-up is required as the ZMXQ can sense which camera inputs are physically connected and automatically configures the unit to record only those cameras.

In addition to ease of set-up, the ZMXQ comes with many features, including a record facility of 25 images per second, video loss detection, one-touch freeze button during playback and Autolist to allow users to create custom sequence lists and dwell times. Playback can be done in nine or four-way, or full-screen mode. The ZMXQ has a high resolution of 720 x 576 TVL and comes in colour and monochrome versions.
