Visual and thermal perimeter ­protection

The FLIR PT-Series HD provides perimeter protection regardless of lighting and environmental condition. Featuring thermal imaging, high quality and visible-light imaging, the series now includes new lens technology that allows for wider zoom range and improved imaging performance.

With 1080p high definition resolution and light sensors that have 30X optical zoom with auto-focus and 0.01 lux low-light capabilities, the PT-Series also delivers simultaneous IP and analogue video outputs. In addition, the camera has a sun-safe feature where looking directly at the sun won’t damage the FLIR uncooled thermal security camera. This means the camera ‘sees’ clearly in complete darkness, bright sunlight, through smoke and light fog.

Other key features include, open IP standards for plug-and-play integration with third-party VMSes or devices, and availability of multiple simultaneous channels for streaming digital video. The PT-Series HD, available from Graphic Image Technologies, integrates with FLIR’s Latitude video management system (VMS), thereby providing users with the best of thermal and visible-light imaging.
