The first ever ZKTeco Joint Venture Sales Conference held at the Orion Hotel in Hartbeespoort boosted the motivation of the dynamic group of sales personnel regarding what’s to come in the year ahead.
The conference headed by ZKTeco’s new sales manager, Edward Seaborne, had insightful information for the team. Covering a range of topics that will not only see the ZKTeco sales programme change for the better through ZKVantage, but will encourage each one of the employees to put in great efforts to reap the benefits of their hard work.
A Joint Effort team-building session where they all unified as a team was also held. Participants were confronted with acknowledging their responsibility, contribution and participation to the group in the understanding that each owns their portion of ‘skills’ which are used in conjunction with others’ abilities to achieve a favourable outcome for all. This session not only allowed the team to depict positive images about themselves, but also that of the company.
