As part of a £4,7m facelift, Transport for London (TFL) has implemented a 33-camera CCTV security system at Turnpike Lane Bus Station. The installation includes CD3 dome camera housings and IH4 housings from Conway Security Products.

The CD4 dome camera used at Turnpike Lane offers a high degree of vandal resistance plus an optically stable, flat screen, which prevents the picture degradation associated with looking through a 'second lens' on standard domes. The unit is manufactured from stainless steel with a powder coated surface.
