Recently, Kylink introduced the HTC-15 dome camera from Hunt, a Taiwanese CCTV manufacturer. One of the most distinguishing factors of this camera is that it uses CS-mount technology to accommodate different lenses.
Traditional dome cameras normally use a built-in board lens. The F-stop is either 1,8 or 2,0, which may affect the sensitivity of the camera. With a CS-mount the user can select the right fixed focal length or vari-focal length accordingly. It also has a DC drive auto iris function, and the F stop is either is 1,2 or 1,4, thereby improving the sensitivity of the camera.
The HTC-15 series also has auto gain control (AGC), with dipswitch to adjust AES on/off and BLC on/off. On the colour dome camera, the HTC-15 uses auto white balance (ATW) instead of auto tracing white balance (AWB).
To increase the quality of the HTC-15, a Sony CCD image sensor is used. The size of this dome camera is only 132 x 100 mm (H), suitable for all indoor applications.
