A security company utilising Vision Catcher's VC2000 DVR has come forward to help the plight of the penguins in the East London aquarium.
Vision Catcher has donated the surveillance system, the VC2000 along with NES's security cameras to the aquarium. The donation comes in the wake of the gruesome killing of nine penguins in May this year. The incident was recently broadcast on the SABC's Special Assignment. Although all the culprits have not been found, it is hoped that the donation of the surveillance system will safeguard the penguins from any further harm.
