When talking about IP CCTV we are all familiar with the conventional IP CCTV systems that are available in the market from various suppliers, however ProvisionISR is launching two different IP CCTV technologies. Conventional IP CCTV and the new Plug & View technology.
In today’s reality 85% of all installations are analogue CCTV based and not IP, the reasons being related to cost, knowledge etc. The advantages of the IP Plug & View system include:
1. The NVR has on board PoE (Power over Ethernet) so no need for a power supply for the cameras.
2. Same user interface as ProvisionISR’s analogue systems.
3. IP resolution 720P or 1080P.
4. Simplicity.
The starting range of the Plug & View products will be 4/8 POE NVR units and five different models of 720P cameras. The Plug & View technology also comes with slight limitations: Maximum distance on PoE cable is 100 m and you can only use ProvisionISR IP cameras with the ProvisionISR Plug & View NVR.
