TBT thermal products

October 2013 Surveillance

TBT thermal imaging products are designed to provide exceptional performance in modern CCTV systems and add critical early intrusion detection, especially when coupled with video analytics systems. TBT thermal products were initially developed for military use, so they are very refined due to such exacting requirements and environments.

A full range is available starting with a dual thermal plus day/night camera in IP66 housing, thermal only camera in IP66 housing, or dual camera IP68 integrated PTZ units with optical and digital zoom control on both cameras.

Camera thermal imager resolution starts at 320x240 pixels, with a high-resolution 720x480 pixel model featuring patented QIET (quality image enhancement technology) that increases image resolution and sharpness. Very low NETD figures mean that temperature variations across the image are displayed across a wider range with more detail and accuracy.

All TBT thermal products feature real-time 25/30 fps image delivery with a choice of programmable monochrome and colour display types. A variety of lens options allows detection of vehicles in excess of four kilometres, and the detection of people in excess of 1,4 kilometres. TBT thermal products also feature options for harsh environments, such as marine finish and 3G vibration resilience.
