Brigit Systems

June 2013 Security Services & Risk Management

As a partner of international companies such as, Fike; SEVO Systems; Wagner and C-Tec, Brigit Systems offers training on all the fire suppression and fire detection systems it markets.

“We feel it necessary to try and ensure that all the systems we sell are installed in accordance with the manufacturers’ proper specifications and guidelines,” says Brigit Systems MD, Deon Van Zyl. “It is a benefit to our customers that they become completely familiar with our products they are installing and that all aspects of their installations comply with the proper standards. We have adopted these policies since we have been in business and will continue to offer these services to our customers. It is important that every supplier endeavours to ensure that their customers are aware of the importance of product knowledge and proper installation practices.”

Brigit Systems offers training on the following gas suppression systems; SEVO Force500 Novec 1230, Fike Proinert (IG55) and Fike Impulse FM200. On the fire detection side, it has Wagner ASD (aspirating smoke detection systems from Germany) and control panels from UK panel manufacturer C-Tec, and encourages its customers to make use of these training opportunities. Each successful participant receives a certificate from Brigit Systems, verifying that they have undergone basic training on whichever discipline they have chosen.

Interested parties can contact Ivor Whitcher, Brigit Systems, on +27 (0)87 754 5623 or [email protected] to enquire about times and availability of the various courses.
