The EV8781 HD bullet camera has a 25 m IR distance which also operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C. The lens of the EV8781 U-C is 3-10 mm and comes with a varifocal feature. The camera has a day/night feature as well as a built-in ICR and IR, which has an auto start under 10 Lux.
The videos are compressed to Motion JPEG, MPEG4 and H.264 high profile formats. It also has a multiple stream function, which can support up to four independent Streams with ROI (region of interest). It has a controllable frame rate and CBR/VBR bandwidth.
It has a security feature with password protection, IP address filtering and user access privilege. The API supports CGI and ONVIF. It also has an intelligent video feature with motion detection and face detection, periodical timer and external digital output. Files can be loaded via FTP and e-mail, with notification via e-mail, as well as external output activation with remote FTP or Remote NAS.
The camera supports MicroSD/SDHC and files can be recorded straight to SD Cards as well. The casing is made out of metal (Aluminium) and is vandal proof with 256 MB onboard RAM as well as power over Ethernet.
