Notifier recently announced the availability of its new addressable charger/power supply. The ACPS-2406 is a 24 V d.c., 6 A addressable power supply that hosts unique features, including its exclusive built-in strobe synchronisation and flexible, addressable notification appliance circuits (NACs) for use in emergency warning.

The ACPS has two Class A or four Class B NACs. Each of the four available NACs can be programmed to run in either synchronised or nonsynchronised modes with system sensor or Gentex audio/visual devices. The ACPS is fully supervised and reports any indication of AC power loss, brownout and ground fault.

The Universal Zone Coder (UZC-2566) output option allows for programmable coded outputs of up to 256 different codes, offering an upgrade to any existing coded system. Multiple ACPS units can be interfaced and synchronised, ensuring that all strobe flash the identical pulse-timed pattern. The ACPS is compatible with all Notifier Intelligent Systems.
