RF countersurveillance receiver

August 2001 Infrastructure

Audiotel International has launched its latest version of Scanlock, the Scanlock M2 counter-measures receiver for detecting all illegal RF transmitters.

Based on the unique fast searching capabilities of previous Scanlock models, the M2 offers wider coverage - DC to over 5GHz and faster searching - 5 GHz in 5 s for rapid signal identification.

The new model can operate on a standalone basis or be connected to a laptop computer with specialised analysis software. It can detect and show all analog, digital and spread spectrum transmitters up to 5 GHz. Storage of previous scans are possible as well as printouts for reports. Two models are available: M2 basic and advanced. The basic model does not have the PC interface software.

Demonstration and seminar

Audiotel and Marshall International will be holding a demonstration day on Wednesday, 22 August. There will be three sessions at 09h00, 12h00 and 15h00 on that day.

Attendance is free but reservations are essential.

For further details contact Ingrid Crawford, Marshall International, on tel: (011) 622 3660, fax (011) 622 2520, e-mail: [email protected]
