New division to focus on building security management

August 2001 Surveillance

As the global swing in the security industry has been towards building security management, so it is with Elvey Security Technologies. The company has introduced electronic building security management products to their state-of-the-art array of electronic crime fighting weaponry. It was soon realised that in order to maintain the same level of superior quality service customers rely on, Elvey needed to achieve a greater level of specialised focus. With this in mind, it was decided to separate the conventional alarm distribution from the electronic building security management division.

The exciting new building security management division within the Elvey Security Technologies Group will be known as VisionLine will incorporate both Elvey Building Management and Video Options. It is the intention of VisionLine to become the name synonymous with the distribution of quality CCTV, access control, fibre-optics and fire alarm products.

According to the company, the product ranges offered by VisionLine are comprehensive, well priced and are of international standard. In addition to the VisionLine branded products, other brand names include:

* Samsung Electronics - cameras, monitors and switchers.

* Tokina - high-quality CCTV lenses.

* Kalatel - high-speed dome cameras, multiplexers and digital recorders.

* Computar - lenses and cameras.

* Dedicated Micros - multiplexers and digital recorders.

* GSC - advanced technology access control products.

* Bentel - fire control panels.

A team of dedicated personnel has been selected to provide service at all levels. Assistance is available for virtually every aspect of electronic building security, providing designs and products to suit project requirements.
