The Etherwan EX17082 features eight ports 10/100Mbps with high power (30 Watts) PoE capability. This feature is ideal for longer-range infrared IP cameras that require more than the standard PoE power supply of 15,4 Watts. The 2-port combo Gigabit SFP ports are ideal for a surveillance system which requires a gigabit backbone. So a typical installation will have numerous NW110-1 switches ‘daisy-chained’ back to the core switch.
Web Smart gives the following options of system setup, IP configuration, port-based VLAN, QoS mode, QoS priority through the Web browser interface. PoE power status and link status are also available through the Web browser interface. This switch can operate in environments from 0°C to 45°C and is rack-mountable. A wide-ranging internal Universal Power Supply Unit is incorporated into the switch.
