The Johannesburg based remote control wireless innovator, Sherlotronics, has announced the availability of the upgraded version of its Complex Access Control Receiver. The product has been upgraded to incorporate new features which make it uncomplicated to implement and manage a busy townhouse complex entry/exit gate system.
The latest offering has been introduced to enable a townhouse security manager to be able to easily generate reports about all the events received and logged at the gate entrance. This is easily done by uploading the events onto a microSD card and then viewing them either in Excel, Word, or Notepad. We also have a free software interface which can give the user a full database linking a remote to a particular resident’s details.
Most importantly and more frequently these days, gate systems get damaged by severe lightning which inevitably causes a major problem for the townhouse complex as electronic equipment needs to be replaced and then reprogrammed. Sherlotronics has therefore made it easy to backup and restore access data in the event of a lightning strike.
