The following mandate by the Department of Labour has been issued to SAQCC Fire.
“Based on the Pressure Equipment Regulation July 2009, the mandate of the SAQCC Fire to register authorised persons for fire extinguishing equipments has been expanded to include categories and levels of fire detection systems authorised persons and gas extinguishing systems authorised persons.”
A meeting will be held to elect an inaugural committee. This committee will elect their own office bearers and will operate independently as a sub-committee of SAQCC Fire.
