Blue Security appointment

Blue Security, a Durban-based armed response and monitoring company, has announced the appointment of Clive Samuels as technical director. He will report to Blue Security’s MD and founder, Peter Anderson.

Samuel’s appointment follows a 15-year history in the technical department at Blue Security. He was first employed in the industry as a control room operator and then moved to the technical department as a wireman, progressing to an installation technician, repair technician and, thereafter, technical supervisor. In 2000, Samuels was appointed technical manager.

As technical director, Samuels will continue to focus on delivering a world-class service to customers, and ensuring that all Blue Security’s technicians are trained to security industry standards in order to offer domestic and business customers the latest integrated security solutions.
