Retail security service provider of the year

Enforce Security Western Cape has clinched the award for Retail Security Service Provider of the Year in recognition of its service delivery at Canal Walk Shopping Centre.

The South African Council of Shopping Centres initiated the Special Star Awards to create a platform to honour and recognise service providers who have provided an exceptional level of customer service and who have contributed to the success of the shopping centre industry.

Enforce won the prestigious award ahead of Alexa Security at the Howard Centre and Orbis Security at Cavendish Square.

The judging criteria was based on customer service (greeting, interaction and departure), professional image, knowledge of the centre, management support and service, tenant service (tenant feedback valuations), situational review and consistency which was evaluated at different times and dates.
