60 new exhibitors for IFSEC

February 2012 News & Events

Reinforcing its position as the world’s largest annual security event, IFSEC International (www.ifsec.co.uk) announces the signing of 60 new exhibiting companies for 2012.

Among the fresh faces will be Anixter (UK), a leading global supplier of communications and security products who are set to lead on the highly topical IP and convergence debate within the security market. They are also joined by Kaba (UK), providers of integrated access and workforce management solutions, Data Card, providers of secure ID solutions and Nortech Control System, specialists in the design, manufacture and distribution of access control solutions.

“This flood of interest from organisations new to IFSEC International is testament to the significant research and investment we have injected into the show’s education content and features for 2012,” says Charlie Cracknell, event director for IFSEC International.

The integration of the largest ever Fire Solutions area at IFSEC is also drawing industry heavyweights from across the UK and international fire markets including C-TEC, manufacturers of quality life safety electronic equipment and Apollo Fire Detectors, the largest independent smoke detector manufacturer in the world, present the latest in fire safety technology.

A key feature at IFSEC International 2012 will be the New Product Innovation Showcase which will provide exhibitors with the perfect platform to highlight new products and solutions. With 67% of visitors citing the sourcing of new products and/or suppliers as an important expectation of the show, this new feature will help visitors easily identify the latest innovations.

Taking place from 14-17 May 2012 at the NEC, Birmingham, UK, IFSEC International will see more than 650 exhibitors and 25 000 security professionals come together to discover the latest security innovations within the commercial security and fire safety industry.
