The IPVISION model DS-2DF1-518 is a robust outdoor IP PTZ camera. The highlight of CC462 is that it can deliver a compressed real-time video stream, using the latest H.264 video codec based on a high performance platform. A sub-stream is also available for remote viewing which can be set to a lower bandwidth. The camera incorporates a Sony CCD with 540 TV lines of horizontal resolution. Featuring day and night auto switch, the CC462 delivers colour picture quality during the day and high-quality black and white images in low light conditions.
This high-speed dome has an optical zoom of 36x and digital zoom of 16x with 540-degrees-per-second preset pan speed and 400-degrees-per-second preset tilt speed. The housing is rated at IP66 and there are many bracket options available including pendant, wall-mount, corner-mount and ceiling-mount. The camera is powered by a 24 V power supply which is included as standard. Regal IPSS also stocks a 10x optical zoom and 22x optical zoom variant in this range.
