High-res LPR system

The HTS C6 all-in-one recognition system is a sophisticated image processing system that captures car plate images and identifies their licence plate numbers. This all-in-one computer-camera-illumination unit performs all of the functions of an LPR system including access control, surveillance and a monitoring system. The C6 identifies the licence plate number, compares it with a vehicle database, and can be used in traffic surveillance and monitoring applications where passing vehicles can be tracked, while automatically generating a vehicle list which can be utilised for a wide range of security and logistic functions.

The C6 is intended for low-medium speed lanes, for vehicles travelling up to 80 km/h and can be part of a broader safe city city-wide surveillance system, parking and access billing system, or border crossing. The unit connects to a central server and control room, or connects directly with a client system using protocol over TCP/IP. The C6 is expandable to an HTS C50 unit which is designed for vehicles travelling at speeds of up to 200 km/h.
