ZKSoftware has announced the launch of its iAccess Control panels. The iAccess range includes a single door, double door and four door controller with standard functions that include anti-pass back per controller, interlocking, time zones and multicard door opening. Communication options are TCP/IP and RS485 on all models, creating reliable network options.
The iAccess controllers use a stable embedded Linux operating system and are controlled by a high-speed 32 bit processor. Up to 30 000 users and 100 000 transactions can be stored on the control-lers and by using a standard SD card the administrator can store and back up all data from the control panel in case of a system failure.
Multiple hardware protection measures like over-current and over-voltage has been built into all input and output terminals on the control panel. The iAccess panel is also equipped with international standard Wiegand reader inputs and support a wide variety of Wiegand formats. The input and output ports on the panels can connect to a variety of sensors, alarms, exit buttons, electric locks and numerous other devices.
Included in the new launch is intelligent browser-based security software with powerful functionality and a user friendly interface. The ZKAccess software provides management with real-time monitoring of the access control system and allows them to control all access points from a single location.
An SDK is available for system integrators and software developers to develop their own software to be compatible with the iAccess controller hardware.
