Peter John Venter has been appointed as a senior technician and project leader at Camsecure. Venter is experienced in large-scale surveillance projects in the mining, retails and urban surveillance sectors, his skills are particularly well suited to Camsecure’s African mining projects. Venter is joined by Collen Mahomane as a technician with similar experience and skills.
Sentronics has announced the following changes to its Johannesburg staff complement.
Shawn Deyzel has been appointed to the position of account manager, having previously worked at another CCTV and access control supplier. Mervyn Low has been appointed as product manager and Gemma Forsyth takes up the reins as regional sales manager for Gauteng.

Rudi Gottschall recently joined neaMetrics as part of its Suprema Technical Sales team. Gottschall will be responsible for before and after sales support and will assist neaMetrics’s resellers in closing their prospective deals. His extensive IT retail exposure gives him a clear understanding of end-user demands and his involvement in household and corporate installations, of various sorts, affords him the necessary experience to guide and assist installers.
