The Brickcom PZ-040 is a high-end PTZ network camera which offers 360° indoor protection. The 12x optical zoom and pan/tilt design enables the PZ-040 speed dome to provide an excellent solution for most applications.
The PZ-040 provides end users with good video surveillance while allowing for easy installation and use. Support for Power over Ethernet simplifies the installation process by allowing the camera to receive power and transmit data through the same cable. The EasyConfig. software allows for easy management of the camera’s many features.
H.264, M-JPEG and MPEG-4 triple codec compression offers end users a flexible system which does not require high bandwidth and storage capabilities. The PZ-040 has a precise pan/tilt mechanical design which allows the camera to capture a panoramic view with 360° continuous pan and 90° tilt. The 12x motorised zoom lens with auto focus enables end users to capture a clear, detailed image. Other specific features of the PZ-040 include the Sony Super HAD CCD sensor, built-in IR-cut filter, IR illuminator LEDs, and auto light sensor.
