HID and Sytron Reach Settlement - concludes two-year patent infringement suit

HID and Sytron have jointly announced the settlement of a patent infringement litigation between the companies. In the settlement, HID will license to Sytron and its affiliated companies, US patent Nos 4,546,241 and 4,730,188. Details of the settlement terms are confidential.
