TeqTrader enters the market

TeqTrader, a new distribution company with a wide range of products in the alarm panel, CCTV, intrusion detection, fire detection and access control markets has opened its doors to the industry.

The company has branches in Port Elizabeth, East London, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, with the head office, with a well-stocked warehouse, at 53 Juta Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg. Trading hours are from 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fully backed by Honeywell Southern Africa, TeqTrader has obtained exclusive distributorship of FBII, a market leader in alarm control systems, as well as exclusive distribution of Honeywell Korea CCTV, Notifier fire control and detection systems. Comelit intercoms, Visonic, VisAccess, Position, HID and Hammer also make up part of the range.

National Sales and Marketing Manager Frank Fowles heads up a team of experienced and skilled personnel. "We are all incredibly enthusiastic and dedicated to making TeqTrader the best service organisation in the industry. Our people are investing a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge into this company; and we know that the benefit to our customers will be a level of service which hasn't been seen in this industry for years," he stated.

Furthermore, service claims are being backed by state-of-the-art information technology to ensure that customers have instant access to products, information and assistance. All branches are linked via digital network to one central warehouse, allowing for easy access to stock levels.

"We have not yet officially launched TeqTrader, but we have already had an overwhelmingly positive response from the market", said Fowles." While we are still setting up operations, we have customers putting forward proposals for long term relationships with us. We are working round the clock to ensure that TeqTrader meets and exceeds market expectations," he concluded.
