Day and night observation

Opgal’s Galil PTZ is a round-the-clock, day and night multisensor observation head, especially developed for security applications. The system provides 360° horizontal and ±20° vertical situational awareness with medium range observation and detection while the CCD enables identification. Using thermal imaging and Sony CCD technology, the Galil PTZ includes Opgal’s uncooled dual field of view (45 mm/135 mm) thermal imaging camera for day and night operation. The narrow field-of view allows you to detect objects, the size of a human being, more than 2 km away, in total darkness, through smoke, light fog and in the most adverse weather conditions. The Galil PTZ is ruggedised to withstand the harshest weather and environmental conditions, including rain, direct sunlight, high humidity and dust.
