Trinity Telecomms appoints security distributor in Namibia

Trinity Telecomms has appointed FireTech Systems as its Namibian distributor. Based in Windhoek, FireTech Systems was established in 2004 as distributors and wholesalers of a range of technology products, including electronic life safety and security equipment. It services customers throughout Namibia and Angola.

Tiaan van Niekerk, MD of FireTech Solutions comments, “We began by servicing the security market with GSM-based CCTV solutions products initially, but realised the potential of GSM-based solutions in Namibia, especially for our customers in more remote areas. We began researching the market, and discovered Trinity Telecomms’ products at the Securex exhibition in 2008. We were very interested in the ActiveGuard guard routing solution, as well as Trinity’s range of wireless alarm transmitters.”
