Golfing for good

November 2008 News & Events

This year, Elvey’s annual Golf for Good sporting event took place on 16 September at the Modderfontein Golf Club. The full field of 120 golfers could not have asked for better weather or better circumstances for this prestigious charity event that Elvey Security Technologies hosts annually.

“The golf day was a huge success and a lot of fun. Although the main focus of the event was to raise money for charity, it was also a wonderful opportunity for customers to network amongst each other and exchange new business ideas,” said Jack Edery, CEO of Elvey Security Technologies.

Edery added, “In true support to Golf for Good, I would like to sincerely thank all our customers, suppliers and sponsors for their participation and support towards a wonderful and successful sporting event. Without you, a day like this would not have been possible, and no funds would have been raised to help those less fortunate than us. I truly hope to see you all back next year for another satisfying Elvey Good for Golf Day.”
