Stallion Electronic Security has been appointed the business partner for CTrue Imaging in South Africa. Hi-tech Security Solutions recently met with Stallion’s head of Electronic Systems and Services, Alvin Flaum, and CTrue Imaging’s Moty Grossman (Business Development) and Shai Jakoby (Business Development & Operation).
Shortly after his appointment Flaum indicated that his unit would be introducing a myriad of value-added services to Stallion, including products and services that allow for the remote monitoring of video, access control, fire and safety, intrusion and electronic VIP services. Flaum has moved quickly in securing some important relationships to bed down his vision for the company, including this business partnership with CTrue Imaging.
Realtime 3D facial recognition
CTrue specialises in realtime 3D machine vision, addressing applications in consumer electronics, corporate and government security (biometric) applications, and 3D medical metrology.
According to CTrue’s business development manager, Shai Jakoby, the company is staffed by mathematicians, computer scientists, physicists and engineers, who have developed innovative 3D realtime face recognition vertical solutions in software and hardware.
Said Jakoby, “CTrue solutions combine dedicated hardware, mathematical algorithms, and proprietary software components that offer a compact, accurate, user friendly, and cost effective product that is modular to various market needs.”
