Sesco to launch Rokonet orbit-6 control panel at Securex Cape

Sesco will take the opportunity to launch its new Rokonet Orbit-6 control panel at Securex Cape '99. Designed for small commercial and residential installations, Orbit-6 is an upgrade of the popular Orbit-5 panel, which has proved so successful in a market that is extremely competitive. The additional features of the Orbit-6 comprise:

p Six zones, which can be programmed as panic/tamper/fire.

p Option to use a key switch (a zone can be programmed as key switch input).

p All major pulse formats.

p Contact PID reporting format, SIA reporting format.

p 100 events log.

p Monitoring station lock.

p Follow-me with two phone numbers.

p Add on voice dialler, three messages, two telephone numbers.

p One siren beep for arm, two for disarm and four for disarm after an activation.

p Double stay feature to make the entry delayed zones instant on arming

Visitors to Securex Cape can look forward to viewing a large range of products, including Rokonet's range of PIR products, the versatile Orbit range of keypad-control panels and the popular Vitron glass break detector. The latest range of Zodiac Pro and Quad PIRs are attractively priced and utilise Zodiac's best-selling compact design which is particularly suitable for residential installations.

All models feature a swivel bracket for wall or ceiling mounting, providing the installer complete versatility for any application. The Zodiac Quad enjoys the same features as the Pro, with the added benefit of a real quad pyroelectric element sensor and specially designed low-gain electronics, which provide improved false alarm immunity. Rokonet is an ISO-approved company committed to the highest quality standards.
