The 223M is a 2 megapixel day/night camera offering 1600 x 1200 resolution for exceptional image detail, even in low light conditions (down to 1,5 lux for colour and 0,2 lux for monochrome). It is supplied as standard with a precision varifocal lens to complement the high resolution. The 223M delivers four times as many pixels as a high-resolution analog camera with automatic day/night control of iris and an infrared cut filter, video motion detection and alarm image buffering, two-way audio and an audio detection alarm.
Power over Ethernet (PoE) support simplifies installation and power reticulation and makes it easy to protect against mains failure, and network security, integration and future-proofing are facilitated by IPv6, quality of service (QoS), https protocol and IEEE 802.1x security support. Application integration is supported by a powerful API and flash memory for uploading embedded applications.
