Tulip Inn - The Tulip Inn is a three-star hotel, situated approximately 10 minutes from the Culemborg Exhibition Centre. R255 single accommodation, per room per night, bed and breakfast; R295 double accommodation, per room per night, bed and breakfast.

The Don Suite Hotels - The Don Suite hotels offer four star accommodation and is situated just 10 minutes from the Culemborg Exhibition Centre. Special exhibition rates:

Studio - R275 single accommodation, per room, per night, room only. R137,50 per person sharing, per night, room only.

1 bedroom apartment - R325 single accommodation, per room per night, room only. R162,50 per person sharing, per night, room only.

2 bedroom apartment - R395 per apartment per night, room only. R99 four people sharing, per room per night, room only. Breakfast would be an additional R32 per person.

Group C: Honda Ballade 150/Nissan Sentra 160/Similar, automatic, power steering radio/tape, air-conditioned, R420 per day, R2,03 per km extra.

Group L: VW Microbus 2.3/Similar, manual, power steering radio/tape, air-conditioned, R725 per day, R 2,83 per km extra.

Rates include: 200 Free kilometres per day, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TLW (Theft Loss Waiver), PAI (Personal Accident Insurance), VAT.
