Elvey Security Technologies has launched 'eTrade', a user-friendly online ordering system that gives customers the ability to place orders via the Internet.
Smart technology incorporated into the eTrade design enables users to customise their online experience to suit their precise business models. Furthermore, customers can browse for up-to-date electronic security products in various categories, search for specific items, load items into a shopping cart and submit an online order request. An added benefit is that the order is ready for collection by the time the customer arrives at the branch.
"E-commerce has become a facet of modern life, with millions of people now shopping frequently through the convenience of their PCs," says Elvey financial director Beverley Scott. "Our vision from the outset has been to build an efficient online ordering system where our customers can locate, choose and order products while enjoying the convenience of their homes or offices.
"With eTrade, users will have access to up-to-date pricing, sales promotions and sales order reports."
Data encryption and other safety measures have been added to ensure secure transmission of data and customer privacy.
