This new RX family delivers revolutionary new technologies, including SMAC-M multirate video coding technology delivering no compromise on both efficient video transmission and DVD-quality recording performances; superior compression performance than other standard compression techniques - achieving approximately 40% smaller file size and 50% faster frame rates over ADSL than MPEG4 technology; and BS 8418 Security Standard Compliance - one of the first video recording transmitters in the world in compliance with the recognised BS 8418:2003 standard for professional alarm verification and remote monitoring applications.
