RDC and Elvey sign agreement

March 2006 News & Events

Radio Data Communications (RDC) and Elvey Security Technologies (Elvey) recently enhanced their long-standing relationship and commitment to their joint customers by signing a comprehensive distribution agreement. Elvey has been a primary distributor for RDC for many years and the relationship is well known throughout the security industry. The new agreement outlines their individual commitments to ultimately ensure that the customer receives the best possible products, service and availability as a result of their combined efforts. "Our companies have worked well together in the past and the partnership has always been of benefit to our customers," says Lee-Ann Andreka, sales and marketing director at RDC. "There is always room for improvement however, and the newly signed agreement is the result of ongoing discussions aimed at effectively combining our efforts to the advantage of the customer." The agreement covers many core issues such as quality, availability, backup service, training, ICASA requirements and territories. "The agreement has been signed and sealed after much hard work," says Lee-Ann. "The task ahead is for both companies to implement the exciting new principles and systems contained in the agreement."
