BPT, distributed by TRI-BPT Automation, presents Hoasis: a simple way to discover home automation. This is the first step of the 'Home Sapiens' family of BPT home automation products, for transforming a smart home in an affordable reality.
Our frenzied everyday lives make us appreciate the limited time we spend in our homes, often inducing a greater need for comfort and safety. We are grateful for technology that helps us tailor our homes to meet our needs and simplify our lives. Hence the need this for new concept that not just helps us to control our environment but adds to our comfort.
With a simple touch of the Hoasis control terminal's touch-screen you can call up the services you are interested in, or activate one of the three scenarios available. A series of miniaturised interface devices, installed around the home in recessed boxes or Din panels, can handle the most common controls and traditional actuators: so you have control of the lighting system, can automate awnings and rolling shutters, control temperature in each zone, switch watering on and off, prevent water and gas leaks and so on. Functions are programmed directly via the terminal, without having to mess about with wiring or move set-up jumpers. Hoasis works on a bus system that allows the connection of all the devices in the system with a simple non-polarised twisted pair (AWG 22 unshielded twisted pair).
