Security seal first for local company

Security seal distributor, Vikela Aluvin, has introduced a revolutionary security seal from its US principal, EJ Brooks.

The new Ring Pull II seal is an all-plastic adjustable strap seal that can be sealed from either side.

Kevin Norwitz, Vikela Aluvin MD, says that the revolutionary bi-directional insert of the Ring Pull II can be inserted in either side of the seal chamber, obviating any confusion that could compromise the efficiency of the seal.

"The seal, which is the first of its kind in the world, is especially useful for very high volume applications like airlines, where sealing has to be executed quickly and under significant pressure. The ability to insert it from both sides protects the user from inadvertently closing the seal from the wrong side and thereby rendering it ineffective, as it could possibly be reopened without evidence."

The Ring Pull II seal is adjustable with over 20 locking positions and is self-locking with no tools required. The seal can be removed by a firm pull on its ring or by pulling the tear-away tab.

Made from a high quality polypropylene with a nylon insert the plastic material will blush if the seal is in any way manipulated. The product is produced in matted format with 10 consecutively numbered seven-digit seals per matt.

As with all Vikela Aluvin seals there is the option for a heat stamp decoration to include company name, consecutive number identity and optional logo.
