DM and RGB celebrate five-year partnership

Established for 20 years, Dedicated Micros (DM) is an international market leader in the field of CCTV control equipment. The company is renowned for the design and manufacture of robust, dedicated, DVR hardware designed to meet the demands of continuous 24-hour security surveillance.

RGB Technologies has been successfully operating within the South African CCTV market for eight years. A family business built upon the backbone of over 20 years industry experience, RGB acts as a project-related distributor offering its services to system integrators. These services include product sales and commissioning, maintenance, onsite back up, IT support and system design. Malcolm Laing of RGB Technologies says, "We are CCTV/IT specialists providing solutions to our customers with different types of CCTV and IT products but when it comes to digital recorders, DM provides the full range of quality digital recording equipment that we enjoy supporting."

RGB provides DM with a valuable extension to its business through the provision of an in-country service support centre for DM's range of DVR products.

Duncan Ross, head of business development for DM says, "We are particularly proud of our relationship with RGB, as it allows us to approach the launch of our New DS2 DVR with great confidence."
