It is no longer just a matter of experience

December 2004 News

Elvey Security Technologies in association with Tavcom Training, a UK-based security systems training institution, now offers Tavcom Training Courses locally. Tavcom teaches the correct ways to select, install, operate and maintain CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and all other types of electronic security systems.

Elvey believes that security is a truly international business, and that the key to success in this fast-moving and stimulating environment is ongoing training and associated professional qualifications. Hence the courses aim to provide installers with the opportunity to build solid careers.

Tavcom Training embraces a practical 'hands-on' approach to tutoring to provide students with an effective, enjoyable learning experience.

The institute offers a wide range of technical and non-technical courses within security related fields to company executives, systems operators, installation engineers, sales managers, project managers, control room operators ... in fact all security systems personnel from every section of the industry.
